When I originally purchased the components for the reservoir, I bought enough CCFL to light the entire length of the tube. Unfortunately, the tube was much taller than my reservoir mounting plate; so I opted to only use the CCFLs in the middle of the tube where the mounting brackets could fit.
I also purchased the Monsoon CCFL Inverter that was designed to handle all the bulbs - so it is currently overkill.
In addition to the sealed box and the documentation is some velcro tape.
Using the velcro, I attached the inverter to the mounting plate under the Phobya Splitters.
I attached the two leads from the central CCFL lights to the box and (eventually) attached the SATA power on the other side.
